How it Works

Getting your custom sweets is as easy as Pick, Pack, and Pickup!

Because every single item is custom-curated to guarantee ultimate freshness, we operate entirely on a pre-order basis. 


 

 👉 1. Pick Your Product & Theme

Explore our menu page and choose from our signature candy kabobs, themed bouquets, organized snackle boxes, and more. Have a specific vision? Let us know your favorite colors or event theme!


 

 📝 2. Place Your Pre-Order

Send us a message or email with your selections, desired quantity, and the date of your event.

  • Standard Orders: Please place your order at least 2-3 days in advance.
  • Large Custom Events (20+ items): We kindly request 2 weeks' notice to source your custom inventory.

 

 💳 3. Secure Your Date

Once we confirm your order details and availability, we will send over an invoice. Full payment up front via Venmo or Zelle completely secures your spot on our production calendar so we can start building your custom candy grid.


 

 🚗 4. Local Pickup

When your order is freshly packed, beautifully tied with a ribbon, and completely ready, you can come by for a pickup right here in Gilbert (or ask about our delivery option)!

Because all of our candy grids, bouquets, and skewers are custom-curated and hand-stacked to guarantee ultimate freshness, we operate entirely on a pre-order basis.

  • Standard Orders: We require 2- 3 days' notice.
  • Large Orders & Custom Events (20+ items): We kindly request at least 2 weeks' notice so we can source your specific inventory.

To secure your spot on our sweet production calendar, we require full payment upfront when your order details are confirmed. We accept convenient, secure digital payments via Venmo and Zelle. 

Yes, absolutely! We love customizing our creations to match your specific birthday party theme, baby shower palette, corporate colors, or graduation school colors. Custom color matching is available for a nominal fee of +$10.00 per dozen on skewers or an additional custom fee per snackle box depending on the complexity. 

Because we purchase bulk inventory specifically for your custom order, modifications or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time. Please note that no refunds will be made for any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. 

We are located in Gilbert, Arizona. Once your order is complete and beautifully wrapped, we will message you with the pickup address and coordinate a convenient time slot. 

Yes! We offer convenient doorstep delivery for orders of $35.00 or more. Delivery fees are based on your distance from our location in Gilbert:

  • 0 to 5 miles: $5.00
  • 5 to 10 miles: $10.00
  • 10 to 15 miles: $15.00
  • 15 to 20 miles: $20.00

In accordance with Arizona Cottage Food regulations, all sales must take place locally within state lines. Because of this, we do not ship out of state. We are happy to serve customers right here in the Phoenix metro area via local pickup or delivery! 

Yes, we love helping you celebrate! If you are gifting our sweet creations, we are happy to include a complimentary handwritten To/From gift tag. Just let us know your recipient’s name and your short message when placing your order. 

Candy melts fast in the desert heat! To protect your beautiful treats, we will never leave an order on a doorstep if no one is home. For delivery, someone must be available to receive the package, or you must leave a cooler with ice packs on your porch for us to drop the items into. Once picked up or delivered, please store your items in a cool, indoor space away from direct sunlight. 

Our products are assembled in a home kitchen that may come into contact with common allergens (such as nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten). While we can curate "no-nut-ingredient" boxes upon request, we cannot guarantee a completely cross-contamination-free environment. Every product comes labeled with a full list of ingredients for your safety. 

Yes! Our plastic multi-compartment grids are durable and entirely reusable. We highly recommend washing and reusing them for future road trips, pool days, or craft storage. (Tip: Keep an eye out for our upcoming 'Refill Specials' for returning customers!)
